I'm Home!!! Thank You All! Love, Lancelot!

We wanted to thank everyone who has been a part of Lance's life in the last months for helping to take such great care of him in rescuing, fostering and transporting him. We are so very appreciative.

He's an AMAZING boy - he's crashed out on the couch now after a big hour walk this morning, backyard play, lots of indoor play during the storm (he loves playing fetch and loves doggie stuffed animals) and sampling the goodness of a peanut butter-filled and frozen kong. He ate a great breakfast too and we've left food out for him to nibble at will during his transition. He follows us everywhere in the house not wanting to miss a thing. Finally exhaustion over-rode him and he's crashed out for a good nap.

He is wonderful with the kids - so gentle and intrigued by them and he loves to play.

I promise pictures later in the day when I have more time to download the camera. Just wanted to give you all a quick update and share our gratitude.

Funny Boy!

This spa thing is pretty cool.
First they teach me this tennis ball thing then they put me on this treadmill, but wait the treadmill has a pillow. Boy do I like this.

A Lover, A Looker, A Leaner,...

What a great point.
But, it's a cast iron cat.
Lancelot held this point for about 3 minutes before he finally decided to further investigate.

What a great dog.
A lover.
A leaner.
A looker.
Someone is going to be really happy with him.

Lancelot Buddy,.. It's Time To Go Home!

Introducing Lancelot

Lancelot was rescued just in time from a Kentucky shelter.
His foster mom reports:
Lancelot is a sweet and noble boy. Affectionate without being too needy.
A very quiet and calm boy. He does play with some of my other dogs but is
intimidated by the large pack and he separates himself from the large
crowd. He is very trainable and wants to please.

Lance is approximately 2.5 - 3 yrs old. 55 pounds, mild mannered,
gentle, sweet, boy. He is submissive, very quiet, moderate/medium activity
level, very good with other dogs and cats. He is housebroken and crate trained. He is neutered, vaccinated, HW neg and on preventative.
